KURT SCHUMAKER Wilderness Watch, B.C.W.F. CHAIRPERSON PASSES AWAY. It is with great sadness that we inform you of Kurt Schumakers' passing. Kurt was the Provincial Wilderness Watch Chairperson for BCWF. Kurt and his wife recently came over to Duncan and sat in on the poaching trial, specifically to show support for us. Kurt was instrumental in initiating several Wilderness Watch Programs throughout the Province, as well as supporting them. Kurt was always counted on in getting our W.W. Reports into the Outdoor Edge Magazine. Kurt will be sadly missed, his role within the BCWF and Wilderness Watch will be hard to replace. On behalf of the Valley Fish and Game Club we would like to extend our thoughts and prayers to Kurt's family. |
